Rugby (union and league)

Rugby (union) is the greatest sport in the world

I like playing rugby. I can't bare to watch it though.
Although, when i play it, i always seem to get injured

So do I, in the last 3 years I have had:
Nose: 5 times
Jaw: 1 time
Ankle: Hairline fracture
Wrist: 1
Fingers:: 6
Toes: 3
Hand: 1
Coccyx: 1
Shoulder: 1
Collar bone: 1

I've only broken my wrist playing Rugby.
But it was pretty bad

But I do play it 4 or 5 days a week, every week

I need some tips onm how not to get injured

Dont push yourself too hard all the time to try and impress or w/e your reason is. Thats what I do and it has worked for me

I don't play rugby now.
But if i did, i'd get battered

I do rugby training or fitness EVERY day

I will be playing for scottish exiles against welsh exiles and its on sky sports

Unfortunely, the 'super dice' feature is pointless. But when replying to a thread. There will be a section when u roll down saying "Dice Rolls". Simply click it, and wallah...
